Legal work permits for law-abiding, tax-paying immigrant workers who have lived in our communities and contributed for at least five years — in some cases, for decades.

Creates a $70 billion fund for upskilling American workers and levels the playing field, putting all workers under the same set of rules so that bad-faith employers cannot exploit unauthorized workers.
